zpo_train is current in closed beta, attempting to run it on any other server then ours would result in your server crashing, when the maps finished I'll be releasing it on the offical ZPS Forums, but I'll be sure to tell you about it first :D

Uhh, you realise that they say that nowhere in their Steam Subscriber Agreement... All it says is that you may copy the source SDK for use in making a mod... or that you give them the right (But not ownership) to use your conversations in steam, your profile, and your forum posts however they see fit. There's also the part where they say they own your copy of steam, but that still says nothing about content you create.

I'm sorry, but I don't think you know what you're talking about. Read it for yourself.

It actually irritates me when people try to say that when they want to decompile your maps and whatnot, because all it means is they've just skimmed through the SSA without actually reading it, and think that gives them the right to do whatever they want with other people's work.
Besides, if it was actually Valve's, it still doesn't give you the right to use the map on your server without permission.

So, you may use any map already distributed with the mapmaker's permission. Currently, you don't have permission to use zpo_train, zps_volleyball_remix, and zps_storehouse. I already gave you permission to use zps_volleyball, which I've already distributed via fpsbanana and the ZPS forums. zpo_facilty is fair game because we don't have any rights to it and it's already distributed by the mapmaker on the ZPS forums. I'm sure other server groups have their own maps that no one else has and that they don't want anyone else to use. You may even have your own maps like this, and we wouldn't ever dream of taking and using them without the mapmaker's permission, first.

how do you plan on crashing the servers?
in my opinion that's a bit far, because in all honesty i don't even have to ask for permission to use these maps as they were made with valve tools. Which means the maps belong to them as it's in there TOS.

You seem to misunderstand what Gemma has said, she will not crash your server; the map will, its not finished yet, from my understanding it requires some plugin that only our server has. (correct me if im wrong) If you really want a map that's not finished to the point it causes crashes you need to re-think what sort of maps your server hosts, besides Gemma said she will release it when its finished.

ASTT is not running fenrix's volleyball_remix please do not make false accusations. I'm not sure if you noticed but it was up for about 10 minutes before we took it down. Also you may have seen it in the RTV list but it wasn't actually in the map list itself, the server would've restarted itself if the map changed to volleyball_remix(that was my mistake for forgetting to remove it off rotation list).
